Both areas below are free to use and on a first come first serve basis. No permit is needed for small weddings held in these two areas.
The Yacht Club was built in 1958 and is one of the original landmarks of the City. Located directly on the Caloosahatchee River in a beautifully landscaped setting, the Yacht Club Community Park encompasses a wide range of facilities and amenities including the public beach, fishing pier and community pool. Parking is right near the beach.

Cape Coral Yacht Club also features a nice large grassy area right on the water to the right as you are entering. The area also features a parking lot right next to it. This is a beautiful place to have a large or small sunset wedding.
The use of the beach and this area is on a first come first serve basis.
The ballroom is a popular rental spot for weddings, private parties, or business meetings. An enclosed beach pavilion is also available for picnics, BBQ’s, birthday parties and other casual events.
